Can't get to my Notes

I'm having trouble with the Notes pages. I can't access them.

All I get when I click the Notes link up top is a "Page cannot be displayed" message. I've been getting it not for two days.

Any ideas what to do to fix it?

Is it a *quick* "Page cannot be displayed", or only after an interminable wait?

I've been having lots of problems with random pages refusing to load in MafiaScum lately (after said interminable wait), but I was just in my Notes page last night editing, and glanced at it 30 seconds ago... sorry this isn't more help.
