[19:12] <vIQleS> my ip address is
[19:12] <vIQleS> 60.234.138.83
[19:12] <term0r> vIQleS:
[19:12] <term0r> you have a 60. ip address
[19:12] <vIQleS> which is not common apparently
[19:12] <term0r> tal, explain this to them
[19:12] <vIQleS> yeah - that's the prob...
[19:13] <term0r> they, or their isp, have border routers that block the 60.x.x.x address space
[19:13] <term0r> because it used to be a bad address space
[19:13] <vIQleS> yeah - spammer used it or something..
[19:13] <term0r> they, or their isp, need to remove that block
[19:13] <term0r> because nowadays real isps use that address space

[19:21] <term0r> what's the domain name
[19:21] <term0r> of this scum game?
[19:22] <Tally> www.mafiascum.net/forum
[19:22] <term0r> TechHandle: RW172-ARIN
[19:22] <term0r> TechName: Williams, Randy
[19:22] <term0r> TechPhone: +1-713-400-5400
[19:22] <term0r> TechEmail: admin@ev1.net
[19:22] <term0r> that's the person that can fix it
[19:22] <term0r> it's not a dns issue
[19:22] <term0r> i'll send an email to them if you want
[19:22] <Riven^> purely a routing issue?
[19:22] <term0r> yes
[19:22] <term0r> deliberate routing issue
[19:24] <term0r> ok, i'll compose the email and cc to you guys
[19:25] <Riven^> hmm different issue to other scum users i've helped then
[19:25] <term0r> Riven^: i might be completely wrong
[19:26] <term0r> it's just since viqles moved to orcon, about a month or so ago, it don't work
[19:26] <term0r> and he's in that notorious block of ips

Sounds familiar to the email I recently got from my helpdesk (weeks after they solved the problem over the phone......)
Our ICT department tells us that some web sites / providers block the new IP range 84.80.x.x - 84.87.x.x, which includes your IP adress.
