Icons missing

I'm missing some icons in the top right corner of my posts. I have report, delete, and quote, but I'm missing the far left one "edit" and the far right one "multi-quote".
It works when I click the space, but I only know they are there when hanging the curosr over the area.

My scheme or whatever is the default one the forum has.

And now they are sometimes there and sometimes not. But, a whole tab will be the same way (I have multiple ms tabs open).

This may sound a little stupid but if you put your curser where the button is supposed to be, does it acknowledge there's something to click there? (on Safari, the arrow turns into a hand). Because I had that once.

hold down Ctrl, then hold down F5 for about 2 seconds

should fix it
