Avatar Upload

I'm trying to upload a picture for my avatar, but it's not working even though the picture meets the size specifications. Every time I hit the "submit" button, nothing happens.

Hm, it seems to have solved itself when I tried again just now (though I did exactly the same thing I did last time).
