We're evidently dropping some RR/TWTC routes. I'm trying to figure out why and at which peering points its happening.

Could you do a traceroute and an extended ping to the site and paste the results here? (or even drop it in a PM if you have privacy concerns).

Traceroute is giving me garbage half the time, but here goes:

mtr gives a little more info - both the second and the second(sometimes third)-to-last hop usually start out as No Reply, then hit about 80% dropped packets, then stabilize after 60 seconds as below:

I haven't really received a satisfactory answer as to why but the issue seems to have been resolved.
