Failure to submit posts

I keep running into an error where I'll reply to a post (usually by quoting something someone else said) and when I hit submit, it just immediately takes me back to the thread without submitting the post or giving me the typical "post submitted" page. I find it happens nine times out of ten when I'm just emptyquoting something someone else said in the thread, but it has happened a few times otherwise.

Though the one common factor here is that I've only noticed it happening when I click "quote" to reply to a post, not when I use quickreply or click the "Reply" button.

I think I've hit that a handful of times too. Never noticed a pattern...
