IP blocked

I tried to make an account earlier but that was through my mobile phone and so that account was blocked.
I tried again on my PC (xegarus), but now it says my account has been flagged because there is already an account sharing the same IP address.

Is there a way for this account to become activated?

Activated xegarus. The problem was actually you registered a long time ago (August 2012) with a variant of that username, and so your later attempts are bouncing unless you put in that username/password as your main.

Won't activate the other variants unless you actually want them, to avoid confusion. If you need the original name, PM me.
