You've signed up for a game in the Newbie Queue, so now you just have to be patient and wait for it to start. Don't worry, It shouldn't be too much longer! Our games aren't as fast as other sites, maybe, but you'll find the quality is much higher. For now, you can enjoy the general discussion or whatnot.

Also, you should pay attention to any responses given to you in those sign up threads. For example, you signed up for a micro with a simple /in, but you didn't specify which game. Someone said as much, but you never responded to clarify which game you wanted to join.

The trick to getting a newbie game more quickly is instead of actually inning into a game, type in /in to replace. I once ended up being in more games than I actually wanted to replace into after I got contacted by multiple mods in relatively short order.

To add to this, replacing doesn't necessarily mean you have loads to catch up on. It's quite common for replacements to be needed very early in Day 1 - if you can grab one of those slots when they come up, it's like playing from the start, only without the queueing time.

(also this should probably go in MD)
(Mostly) on hiatus until further notice. Planet MafiaScum 2 will be modded by Inspi and JDGA - go check it out!

Welcome to the site, Rain.

Zach speaks the truth about replacing in. I just had to replace 2 newbies today in my game.
