This isn't new, nor is there an easy long term fix. Short term one will happen when I can talk to hohum or when he notices independently.

A combination. The way the sites sql connections are setup isn't a perfect fit for the way the server is setup. The server uses newer technology and the last attempt to let phpbb3 do the same resulted in a lot of style caching errors that we never tracked down the source of.

Just started getting this.

If this helps-

Company just pushed out a Google Chrome to all company PCs. I had already installed/been using it.

When I tried to open Chrome, I got the message that I was getting an different version of Chrome.

It looks a little different at the top right, but other than the new error message when I come here, no other problems yet.

I use firefox and tried it on safari. both down. it is tracing back to a server error

I haven't tried from my phone
