What is this? What does this do for your account? I tried looking it up in the wiki but I couldn't find anything. Just wondering is all...

The Foe list is the people on your ignore list. You won't see their posts outside of mafia game forums (but you will see a short message that they exist, with a link to show the offending post).

The only thing I've found that Friends do is that when you're composing a PM there's a list of your Friends on the left and you can click their name to add them to the sending list. I'm unaware of any other use.

I'm unaware of any other use <for the friends list>.

It makes it easier to stalk lurkers. I keep everyone still alive in games I'm playing on my Friends list. (And the mod, but that's just to keep my excitement up when we're waiting for a flip.)
