I see a link to it down at the bottom of the page, and every time I go try to go to it I am not allowed through. Is this a dead link on purpose(not on purpose, but just sitting there. ya kno) or is something borked on my end?

I don't think it's clear that Scum Chat is off-site and requires aim of some kind. Maybe he's mistaking it for the Site Chat, somehow?

My apologies if hes not, but it;s also something to be considered.

scumchat is an old aim chat room. You need both an aim client and a browser that supports the aim: protocal to use it. Otherwise you will just get a blank tab. Recently Kison and I added an onsite chat that you can opt into via the control panel. This is completely unrelated to scumchat.

I can't find an app on my phone that let's me even open chat rooms properly. The couple that do don't let me change the exchange. Sad face
