It's down for everyone but around 10 people. Flay suggested to me to clear cookies and see if that did anything, and I'll be doing that when I get the chance (I just have a few competitive Pokemon teams to save first >.>)

That's not exactly what I said, or at least not what I meant. 11+ people are in the Lobby right now, so it's working for some segment of the site.

Previously, only the Site Chat tab could be seen with the red circle exclamation mark, but now the lobby is open but i try to type and it doesn't work. I can see Mala and Feirei and Cabd had written stuff. 12 users are online but all of them have a yellow circle and I'm included in the online thingy.

I have made some changes that should fix this issue. It appears Chrome has become stricter with their latest version about the protocol we are using.

I can confirm that its working, but I can also now confirm that piece of sitechat are getting "stuck" as I close it.

I'll click the chat to put it back down to see something behind it, and sometimes a part of the chat won't follow - its just kinda stuck in place.

The chat isn't working for me, it says "the address wasn't understood ... Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (aim) isn't associated with any program."

Sounds like you're talking about scumchat (an offsite AIM room), not sitechat. Check your UCP for the option to enable Site Chat.
