Got this yesterday (?) while PMing myself for reasons.

Got this today while PMing myself as well. Created the PM by typing in my name, clicked submit, it moved my name into the To field. Clicked submit again, got the error, but the PM went through.

I've gotten this a couple times, but the PMs always got sent anyway.
