I'm not having this problem, but I seem to remember it happening once before. Can't figure out how to search for it. I think the resolution was something like sign off and hard-refresh.

Yeah, I've had it happen a few times and I think hard refresh was the only real solution.

Hard reload isn't working for me. I actually got it for like a minute, then it went away again without me doing anything, and now it's back and not going away this time. Also of note is that the quote and PM buttons are just gone when it's like this.
EDIT: Forgot to say that this is just on Silver. Sepia is working as normal.

I had this issue across three browsers for about 20 minutes. Hard refreshes didn't help, it only affected mafSilver, and even the website screenshot tool Snapito! saw the busted style for a bit (it still does as of this post).
It seems to be fine to me now though; maybe converting to and from the mobile styles kicked it enough.
EDIT: And the instant I submitted this post, it came back, and I had to convert skins just to edit this because none of the image buttons exist to click on.
This should be required reading for...everyone for anything, really.
Try clearing your browser cache. I know what will cause this to briefly happen, but it shouldn't ever persist for some users and not others. As in, not really possible.

BUT INTERESTING FACT: I clicked the Admin CP and Sepia worked just fine on the admin login screen.
Still borked on main forums.
Force-refresh afterwards fixed the skin for now.
