Problem loading MSs

I'm facing some issues while connecting to MS server though I'm not sure why. I've already tried shifting browsers and altering their settings, I even shifted net's and computer's to check it out, but for some reason I keep getting errors like this:

I'm able to load other forums/sites just fine and even MS is loading fine other then few hours this seems to happen. This has been happening for last 1 week. Any help/feedback will be appreciated.

For the last several days we've been in the midst of a server move. That's most likely what you're hitting, as it's slowing the site down some.
