Hello, lately I have been having an odd issue where the site changes from the regular Mafia theme (picture of a noose and gun in the corner) to mafblack and back again at random. Is there any way to fix this (possibly by permanently setting it to mafblack or something? I like mafblack better then the normal theme).

Presumably mafsilver is his accounts style and he sees mafblack when signed out. To see mafblack permanently change it in your ucp preferences here:

Tigers was an april fools theme that was used in phpbb2 I believe one year. And then someone decided to start porting it to phpbb3.0 as an option for users. In 2011 the crash happened and someone had theme access (deltawave) That had no idea what they were doing and thought changing to it would fix the issue?!?!? so it helped spawn the meme not the other way around.
