PMs on a delay

Hey I don't know if it's a me thing or a board thing but my PMs seem to be on a delay. They stay in my outbox for an hour or sometimes even up to a day before sending. Is this normal?

Them being in your outbox just means that the recipient hasn't picked it up yet.

Ooh Sorry. Derp. This can be closed. My apologies I'm used to having to do a special "read receipt" for that and the Outbox was for things you have sent already but then quickly migrate to the Sent folder. A temp area.
