New account registration didn't go through?

My girlfriend tried to get an account here, but said she never got a confirmation email, and when I told her to post in the help forum, she said that didn't work either (even on a guest account). This was like a month ago (back when I started playing again). I'm trying to get her to play... HELP ME!!

Should she just try registering again? Or is there some account signup in limbo which will make it so she can't sign up with the same name?

My friend is having the same issue, she's not getting an email and has checked her Spam folder as well. Her username is Mari888, if someone could help it would be much appreciated! TIA!

Something needs to be done with the mail server and I've been too busy to look at it. Thesp is off on the weekends so if you tell me who your friend is I'll just active the account.
