Able to post in locked thread

I was just able to use the quote button to post in a locked thread/forum

Some more info: Apparently that thread, even though it thinks it's in Completed Open Games, isn't. Because when I search for my posts in Completed Open Games, it doesn't find that thread.

The thread itself isn't actually locked, the forum it's in is. But using your permissions I couldn't run into the same error for similar threads. Something must be weird about that one in particular.

If you reply to a post, you can get it to do so, but you can't click on the locked icon to post. I think it's a minor security hole centered on the fact that the thread itself isn't locked.

Except I can't do it with any other unlocked threads in the Completed Open Queue. So that's not it.

Search for topics with my posts in that forum. There are eight, and none of them are the threads in the OP. But open the thread in the OP and it'll tell you it's in the Completed Open Queue, and looking directly in the Queue it's there. So there's something very wonky about that thread.

I moved it out of that forum and back to it and it seems to have fixed the issue. I have no idea what the root cause was.
