Looks like I'm not the only one having this problem.
Made an account, waited two days and never got a confirmation email. Made a second and got it flagged for being associated with the first. Would appreciate if someone could activate the first one for me.

First username: Lemons
Second username: Unoriginal (because I couldn't think of a second username)

Lemons has been activated. Welcome to the site! Microsoft seems to be blocking emails from us, which was why the confirmation email never came. Sorry for the trouble.
