Bookmarking global announcements

I bookmarked the Ban/Restriction Announcements thread. When I visit it, it shows "Remove from bookmarks" but when i click on my bookmarks it is not there. not sure same glitch exists 4 subscribing, but would assume so

Global Announcements have many issues with them including this
Another off the top of my head is that the "newest post" will often just lead you to the top of the newest page with everything on it being marked as unread
