Any news on when this will be cleared up? I've encouraged a few friends to join up, but they're unable to do so. Kinda sucks that we're currently newbie-free.

No news. It is not a problem in the files, there is something in the database. I'm moving things across 1 table at a time to see when things break. But I had surgery on Friday and can't do stuff that requires too much thought while on vicodin.

Well, it's a bad thing to make accounts wither, so that's ok that you can't do so. As to saying it will explode... unless it starts telling YOU to explode things, that is fine, too.

You know, as an odd last-ditch effort, we could give away some dummy accounts to newbies(like from blind games). I suppose it's kind of a lousy idea, as the new players would not be allowed to choose a nickname.
