I accidentally selected under 13 when making this alt :/

So I accidentally selected under 13 when making the account 'Medium' (at least, I assume that's the issue) and now it's asking me to either fax or mail a permission slip...
This is mutantdevle, I was making 2 alt accounts (Jailer and [u]Medium[/u]) to snag these usernames for a game concept I have for a future game I plan to mod. You can PM me if you need me to confirm this.
So if I could either have that account activated or set so that I can confirm it myself through the over 13 route then that would be appreciated <3
