could someone give me the date syntax for the pacific time zone
I deleted it by accident and now I forgot it
If its too much trouble then I'll just keep it the way it is

Well, it doesn't matter what timezone you are in... the default format is:
d M Y h:i a

The timezone is what controls the offset from GMT...
