PM Glitch?

I just sent 2 different messages to 2 different people, so 1 message to each person.
The message history in both messages is showing that I sent
both
messages to
both
people.
Has this happened to anyone else? There's definitely no way I accidentally sent both messages to both people.

Uh... It double sent another one of my messages just now. Is there something going on?

Yeah I think my inbox is broken. My message history says I double sent a message but none of it showing up in my sent messages or outbox. Please help.

The PMs are game related so no. I'll try to describe the issue in detail here but if it doesn't get fixed within a few days I'll have to directly ask a mod.

Messages I sent:
User 1:
- Message A
- Message C (I noticed the problem after sending Message B and asked if they received 1 or 2 PMs from me)
User 2:
- Message B
- Message C (Same content as above Message C but sent separately)
What is being shown in message history:
User 1
AND
User B:
- Message A
- Message B
- Message C
- Message C
I've been in contact with the PM'd users again and this is what they have reported receiving:
User 1:
- Message C
- Message C
User 2:
- Message B
Somehow, even though Message A appears in BOTH message histories AND my Sent Messages, nobody seems to have received it.
If anybody could give me some insight on what might be going on here, it would be much appreciated.

It appears that all PMs I have sent today are sending and displaying properly now, but I'm still a little paranoid that the issue is going to come up again.

Are these replies from the same original message that was sent to both people?

For User 1, yes.
For User 2, as did they not receive my message asking them about the previous PMs, I sent them a brand new PM.
The issue appears to only be on my end.
