I tried to send a PM to Zoraster about my duplicated account (user error), but the PM is sitting in in the outbox whereas I think it should be in the sent folder. I think that means that the PM is queued to send, but has not actually been sent. How do I reach someone to see about getting my two accounts merged?

outbox means it hasn't been read by the recipient yet. sent means is has
