I had to even check if I was in a game titled that. It’s been a year (feels like more) when I last played. I think trying to base a read off my past games for meta will be like finding a needle in a haystack. I don't know about your Umlaut read, the questions he's asked to produce content can be summed up to "why do you guys want to lynch me?" I guess that produces content but that has less to do with Umlaut so it doesn't really change my opinion.

Reiterating this. I want to say it's a real question but I don't know what would qualify as an answer, it's just weird that you're responding to my RVS vote as if it were a serious attempt to get you lynched.

Like I'd love to ask questions about something else if there were anything else happening but when like half of the posts up to that point are "lynch Umlaut" and the other half are random banter guess which one I'm going to engage on.

Weird part 2. I can see why, if this sort of posting continues, that Umlaut is the wagon here. Doubtful (not 100%, maybe 60%?) that it flips scum though.

I really hate this. I really hate this. I hate it because of two reasons, if you are town you shouldn't be "volunteering" yourself to be lynched just to make a point/deal to get someone else lynched. if you believe the other person who you are voting for is scum then actually make a case, argue your point. Hmm, going through Umlauts Iso I may just be tunneling. I didn't like the opening interactions with Saudade or the pseudo interactions around Eragon. I'll explain that bit a little further down. So I've concluded I'm viewing Umlaut through one lens. I'm still gonna say null, he hasn't acted inherently scummy but I have yet to read anyone else that way either fwiw. His townhunting is ok, not sure I agree with some of the reasoning behind his scumreads. So I'll back off it for now.

the psuedo interactions rubbed me the wrong way because like I said I already had the lense and I read most of these as subtle shade:

yeah this was basically what i was thinking - i'm not really sure if that question really would produce a useful response so it looked kinida like busywork to me, which is why i asked about it

i thought 30 was kinda meh; but i'm also taking into account that it could just be an attempt to produce content and get the game out of rvs so overall for that stage of the game i think that question was ok

This appears to be extending that same reasoning to Eragon.

It does and it doesn't. This is essentially what Skitter was townleaning you for at the time but not Eragon which is why I said it should have extended in the first place. I dunno this felt out of place since skitter could elaborate or explain her mindset better than Umlaut would be able to, but maybe not.

Overall they felt like interactions about Eragon but never really directed to Eragon which felt off to me. I will say that I like Umlauts reactions to Alonzo but not much outside of that.
