I mean it technically could be but I don't get how I'm supposed to know that? I personally don't really play every game the same way so when he responded the way he did I realized I was reading way too far into NAI stuff.

Basically you say this is because Skitter says my asking questions is towny and you disagree. How is it worse to give a reason you don't agree with than no reason at all? (I'm not going to claim my questions were fantastic but yes I'm trying to do something to generate content, this is off to a really slow start.)

I don't like this because it looks like you're saying it's fine for someone to have reads you don't like as long as they don't actually try to justify them.

Well there in lies the debate..

These could be four townie slots sounding each other out but muddying the pond meantime.

I gut TR mala so far,
I believe she is genuinely getting back into her stride here, here initial wall echoed some sentiments I agree with.
Saudade seems a lot less genuine in his posting, as does RCE tunnel of umlaut.
Umlauts kinda null. Not an obv town read.

chances are tho ausuka you just blindly sheeped a trap wagon...

Yes, that's true, I am bad at wording things. The point is that he's taking an opportunistic standpoint of having the suspected players in his scumpool, when there doesn't seem to be much reason to eliminate the other players, and without taking a standpoint on who's scum in the arguments.

2 scum in the popular pool of 4 is still like the worst thing itt I think and this wagon is fairly popular and can reach lynch before deadline so i'm keeping my vote on alonzo.

should he flip scum i'd say the mala wagon probably contains the other one. incidentally i was townreading the three others on the wagon so i'd have to look at it overnight; i think i'm probably most likely to be wrong about Saudade.

come deadline we have to have a lynch secured and preferably we should have Mala announce who she will track in case of a scumflip to avoid crosstargets; obviously on a townflip it's better to either not announce or not to track at all.

I think you should have used the wisdom of the crowd better in this one, I didn't wade into 'the big four' for an easy life, I knew I'd encounter resistance, I dont think I have been defensive in this one, a little slow out the blocks perhaps, mostly beacause Scoobert left me hanging out of RVS. I kept my cards close to my chest then when I showed them, I was SR'd, which allowed a couple of cheap limps onto my wagon (um and hikari).

If I get lynched in this one, I'm going down with way too many labels to be happy about it.
how am I supposed to take your word for that? I just don't really think your positions make much sense from town pov.

I'm about to sleep and won't be here again before deadline so, what are we doing?

uhhh i'm alive

tl;dr for alonzo is that he has been totally opportunistic this whole game and that doesn't come from town. his votes for umlaut and mala were his main votes d1 and he thought both votes were L-1 votes; he hopped on hiraki when he became the likely lynch and tried to give shittastic reasoning for doing so; there's a literally insane amount of resistance to lynching him especially coming from the socalled "townbloc" where the partner is probably located. like, we were on track to lynch him d1 and then BOOM hiraki was like instantly lynched without being given a chance to claim because ??? and now the other wagon has collapsed and now people want me and umlaut??

i never had a townbloc?

umlaut and mala were on alonzo wagon -> they're not the buddies -> scum in townbloc. but yes the bad direction we're going in w/ hiraki -> probably me or umlaut also suggests scum is in a controlling position.

You pull scumteams out of your assistance, hammer your townreads, and then accuse ME of not scumhunting? Go away.

VOTE: Saudade

I don't blame the other town if they lynch me but this is just scum.

He wouldn't hammer his townread as town. He knows he could hammer Alonzo and lynch me d3 for the win.

is that a chemistry formula
after making some crap up about the setup and having it being proved wrong, this read just seems to, like, disappear? and now suddenly it's me and umlaut.
In post 554, Saudade wrote:great so now us 3 are townreading each other

lets work from here and find out the scum
this is fake and really overeager to win the game by inserting himself inside a townbloc.
In post 638, Saudade wrote:VOTE: Alonzo
im going to make you eat a shoe if he flips town Enigma
^^^ This is an opportunistic hammer. Town!Saud gains a lot by having an extra mislynch with a Aus/Uml -> Aus/Uml -> X lynchpath instead of an Alonzo -> Aus/Uml -> Aus/Uml lynchpath so if there's one scum in me and Umlaut he gets another chance to catch scum. Instead he just hammers because like ??? This is just scum motivated. He knows that after lynching Alonzo, he can lynch me for the win. But if he doesn't lynch Alonzo, when he lynches both of us and I flip town he might be lynched in Lylo. Saud secretly wanted Alonzo to be lynched, and this hammer proves it.
In post 639, Saudade wrote:That's hammer
if hes town Ausuka/Umlaut scum
game solved adios
there's no reason Saud is so sure that he objectively lowers his chance of winning because "it doesn't matter" or something.
In post 653, Saudade wrote:Switch to Ausuka Mala
In post 654, Saudade wrote:VOTE: Ausuka
In post 682, Saudade wrote:Umlaut is scum so is Ausuka
Can we get Ausuka first tho
There is NO REASON for him to want to lynch me over Umlaut if he's town. If we're both scum the order doesn't matter, he'd be more than willing to lynch scum in Umlaut. The only reason for him to do this is if he wants the perfect win as scum. Instead he steadfastly insists I am lynched over Umlaut.
