im reading this scum PT for the last time this was run and Isis says this:

I'm disappointed that the town hasn't figured out that it's optimal to run someone up to L-1, extract a fear trueclaim from them, then hammer a different player and get the first player fearkilled over night. That essentially lets you play Double Day, at least during day 1. If scum have that player's fear they can mess with the town by not carrying out the fearkill but you have the elbow room to clean up and do it the hard way if they mysteriously survive the night. Vigilantes are often most powerful when they remove misexiles from the game for you without using up a day's decision and there's nothing stopping them from carrying out that function here, even if the hero vigging function is heavily gated by the need for the heroic scumread to actually have the desired fear.
