I personally do not enjoy playing elos unless I am the deciding vote because there's nothing as fustrating for me as putting in a lot of work to figure out the answer and then someone doesnt believe my answer and then I lose.

like if the vote is tied 2-2 I will work extremely hard to make sure I vote on the right side because I don't want to cast the wrong vote in that scenario and I have the agency to force my solution

when it's an open slate I have to factor the probability my solution would get enacted into my calculations which is a conditional probability and messes with my accuracy and thats just annoying to deal with.

hence why I want her to make a decision to vote me or vote for someone else earlier so I have more time to figure things out and vote correctly.
