I don't really like when people try to start wagons on people who are V/LA. It just seems like a scummy thing to do. Also, RVS is a weird time. Scum could very well be hiding behind obvscum behaviors, knowing that somebody who may or may not be their partner will make that kind of defense.

Shos, I am pretty sure you are the only person who has ever suggested we lynch the dead guy. I think there needs to be an award for that.
Well, shos is obv-town, and Shamrock is a little suspicious in my eyes for suggesting his lynch as a possibility. A Betrayer would have had some time to process the kill and wouldn't have made a blunder like that.

Yeah, no vote. Mostly because I'm finding gunsmith to be a wtf role for the set-up. According to the flavor nobody should have had guns anyhow. So I'm trying to decide if AV is even serious about this claim. Seems like the kind of thing you'd do as a weird reaction test.

There was a reason it only had one-shot. I picked it up off the bodyguard when we lynched him. I got a pm letting me know that I'd spotted it and sneaked it off the body. It gave me a one-shot kill that I used on DJD. I'm guessing the gun was awarded randomly or something.

I reread a lot when something catches my interest. I also play a lot of theme games, so I get used to drawing conclusions from flavor.
You could do that in a normal game. Remember "and they all lived happily ever after"?
Bodyguard exists for there to be a gun. Somebody gets the gun and things go crazy.
I shot DJD because I felt like he might have been scum. I shot immediately because I felt like it was worth using up in case I didn't make it through the day and scum got the gun. Now the shot is used up and it's all down to the lynches if I'm right about all of this.

It's a weird flavor thing. My gun was one-shot, and I acquired it on night 1. Mafia kills are common to mafia members, and generally the decision is made as a group and executed by one member. Hitmen and people who would have one-shot abilities get those separately from the kill. Even if I was mafia there should have been two kills, since my kill would have been independent from the factional kill.

Because I wasn't sure that he was making a real claim. I did have a gun when he looked at me, so there was a good chance that he was claiming honestly. When he specified that it was one shot I felt like it would be more helpful to the town to share that information.

Well, it's not quite that simple Shamrock. Say I'm right that scum doesn't have a night kill. That means the lynch still matters and the scum needs to not look scummy so he doesn't get eaten alive tomorrow.
Basically I'm trying to decide what I think about you Sham. Self-watcher is one of those too lame to fake abilities that are just really attractive for scum to fake.

Not if there's something screwy going on with the NK. If scum had rationed kills, there would have been two shots last night since individual abilities are tied to individuals and not factions. If there are no NKs then scum still has to win this game on lynches, so a little restraint is called for.
