Anyone who hammers without stating intent will get people looking at them sideways. I don't think you should claim unless someone gives intent.

I do think you should explain why you unvoted sordros. Also, if Tiershift's reaction test was scummy, do you think Willow's pseudo claim was too? After all, I'm pretty sure Willow isn't a cop and that makes the pseudo claim a lie.

I agree with myko that Dave's self-destructing is weak scum play, especially since he basically blames Tier for his vote on Sordros in post 93.

Although I personally find Vyse's scumreading myko to be null because I tend to OMGUS scumread people who call me scum.

My biggest scumread right now is Dave, in case that wasn't obvious. I'm curious about why Sordros thinks that TierShift lied about his reaction test. Without looking back on the thread, I think that TierShift waited until everyone had said something before making it clear that he was reaction-fishing, and I don't consider reaction tests to be lies subject to Lynch All Liars.

Then again, TierShift is my strongest townread right now, followed by Mykonian and Vyse. I'm null on everyone else. I tend to have trouble getting reads early on in the game.

That's not a misrep. You said that TierShift lied to try to bait you into voting Sordros. How is that not blaming TierShift for your vote? Especially since you unvoted immediately after TierShift made it clear that it was a reaction test. If your scumread on Sordros was real, I see no reason for you to have unvoted right away.

@BRantz: I do believe I was the only one who made the claim that Dave blamed TierShift for his vote. Yes, bowing to pressure is part of that but his comment about TierShift baiting him into voting Sordros stuck with me and I don't think I saw anyone else make that argument.

Myko is mostly a gut townread.

I have been pretty clear that Tier is my top town read, FuDunz. I haven't cast a single aspiration towards him. Unless you think a) town should let clear accusations towards them go unquestioned and b) it makes perfect sense for someone to not vote their top scum reads.

I prefer to have something I can argue against when I'm being scum read other than, "hey, you're scummy."

The Dave suspicion was sudden, yes. About as sudden as Dave voting someone at Tier's sayso and then immediately unvoting them seemingly at Tier's say so.

Also, if you've gone through my iso, you know that I've been V/LA for a week. Hold that against me if you want to but be plain about it. Don't bury it in "he hasn't had anything to say". I haven't because I haven't been here and now I don't because to be honest, I expect to be lynched despite having addressed points against me. Call me an asshole for this if you want, but I've got too much going on to sweat over a game that I'm out of my depth in and likely to be lynched in.

How was my comment about Dave unvoting seemingly at Tier's say so a negative light on Tier? I was talking about what apparently prompted Dave to unvote, which was Tier backing off of Sordros's wagon. That is in fact what happened. I can't see how that's casting a negative light on Tier.

Sorry for flaking so hard everyone. I have some things going on IRL that really made me severely apathetic to the game right out of the gate. About the time I nearly replied "I'm not scumhunting because I don't feel like it" was when I realized how utterly unfair that was to everyone else in the game and asked to be replaced. TTH, I'm sorry for leaving you such a shitty slot to clean up.

And a BIG apology to Bob, who I pre-/in'ed this game for. You deserved better than for me to bail out almost right out of the gate.
