On my readthrough I kept track of all the "<PLAYER> is <SCUM/TOWN>" posts. I find these really useless and potentially scummy as they make it look like a player knows what they're doing when really they're at best making gut-based judgments. Anyway, a tally:

I guess I can kind of see how this is just a "thing" people do now, but it doesn't mean I have to like it.

I don't get this post. I have not looked at the game but this seems like good anecdotal reasoning from Spifflop. I get it. But what is more mind-boggling is that you sort of do the same thing, pointing out how Spifflop's play reminds you of play from another game. I guess the difference is that he's noting a contrast while yours is a comparison, but it's similar enough for me.

Panzerjager reminds me of typical LoL-thread Panzerjager, so I feel like he is coming from a genuine mindset that is not deceptive. I can't highlight any one point where I agree with the ways he feels, but his posting and motivations seem true.

Spifflop is weird. I agree with the general feel that wild votehopping isn't the greatest, but it is his sudden flip to vote itlepip in Post 100 that shocks me, because it was before itlepip started posting again. It felt like a lurker pressure vote but a) the thread erupted in a very short amount of time and b) Spifflop had been a very active and contentious player at that point, so why switch to a "lurker"? But yeah, the biggest strike against Spifflop right now is the weird way the Spiffeh-head has been defending his play.

I really, truly agreed with Amihan up until the point where he just sort of does a complete 180 on his beeboy-mollie scumreads and switches to Panz. I get the read, especially since Amihan isn't familiar with Panzerjager, but it was strange that the former two become town for Amihan with little reason. I'd like to get more information on that specific thought-train rerailment.

Gork please give me a link to typical Aristo scum play. Because he was this scummy in the Mario Blitz game when a guilty was claimed on him (it was as bad as someone who tries to claim Miller after getting a guilty on them)... and he was town.

ari is scummy as town and scum. and honestly scummy isnt even the right word.
hes carefree as town and scum. i think thats a good way of describing it.
his scumgame has subtle nuances that are worth taking the time to really consider. i'll try to do some homework to find a game that best exemplifies what i would expect from him as scum, but i honestly have to admit that its been a long time since ive seen scumAri i think? or at least its a been a while since ive seriously paid attention to an active scumgame of his.
and im honestly not sure it would be valuable before hes had some time to settle into the game.
