Welcome players, and have fun!

The mafia are victorious!
Final write-up can be found here
Which can be found here.
Dayphases last 12 days.
Nightphases last 24 hours.
Note the nightphases are shorter than usual.
Deadlines will generally be at 00:00 CEST (which is GMT + 1 + 1), unless I have other plans in the evening, at which point it may be delayed for a few hours, which I may or may not announce. I will announce more significant delays of course.
If an absolute majority has been reached, the night will start at 00:00 CEST, unless, like with the deadlines, I have other plans in the evening, in which case it may be delayed for a few hours. I like to try to keep starts and ends of phases close to 00:00 CEST, but I'll be flexible within, say, 3 hours of a deadline.
This is an open set-up. The exact role composition is as follows:
[1]
[2]
[3]
[4]
[5]
[6]
[7]
[8]
[9]
All role PMs are listed in the spoiler below.
Note that both factions have modified win conditions more suitable to the set-up.
During the dayphase, you may vote to remove one player from the game (i.e. "lynch"). You do this by bolding vote: player or using the vote tags.
No lynch is an acceptable vote, and is used if you want to end the day without a lynch. You may post remove vote (or unvote) to remove your vote altogether.
Do not unvote if you simply want to change your vote, I prefer to see only a single vote-related statement per post, so simply vote another player. If you do unvote to remove your vote, please don't add a name behind it.
Lynches (or no lynches) require absolute majority of the votes to go through, meaning a number of votes equal to 50% of the number of active players, rounded down, plus 1.
Once an absolute majority has been reached, the (no) lynch is locked in, and no new votes will be counted. The player to be lynched may talk until the write-up for the end of the day has been posted.
In this set-up, there's only one regular ability, which the 2 players with the Neapolitan role will have access to. The mafia don't have a factional kill ability in this set-up.
Aside from the Neapolitan ability, any player who is lynched will have the option to kill another player.
Revenge kill(active): kill target player.
In order to use an active ability, send me a PM with your target before the nightphase deadline. Again, note that nightphases are shorter than usual.
Mid-game I've implemented a mechanic to combat the no lynch strategy (no lynching until the neapolitan has found all town vanillas). After a no lynch, a random town vanilla, or the town neapolitan if no vanillas were available, would receive the ability to kill another player.
No lynch kill(active): kill target player.
Whenever you get lynched, you may determine the flavour of your
At game start, you confirm by the way stated in your welcome PM. When 7 players have confirmed, the game starts.
You will be prodded after 48 hours of not posting, although I'll be flexible right before and after nightphases.
I'll look for a replacement in the folowing cases:
- When you don't confirm within 48 hours.
- When you have received 3 prods.
- When you ask to be replaced.
I may or may not allow you to continue to play after I've requested a replacement, but haven't found one yet.
Mostly the usual:
Be cool, be nice.
Don't edit your posts (if you can).
Don't post when dead.
Don't quote PMs.
Don't talk about the on-going game outside the game thread.
If your role PM contradicts anything mentioned in the rules & mechanics here, the role PM takes precedence.
The (proper) mafia has daytalk.
If you have any questions or comments, or want to point out possible mistakes, you can send me a PM with something along the lines of "micro 601: question / comment / mistake" in the subject, or you can get my attention in the thread with
