It seems like a good idea to me for us to reveal what mafia (and maybe third party) roles we picked as they could potentially be in the game.
Are there any disadvantages to this (that outweigh the benefits)?

My mafia pick was Mafia MirrorAbsorber (921). Third party choice was a standard survivor, but it'd be better not to reveal what it does.
I didn't realize that the roles were randomized so picked stuff i wanted rather than considering other factors.

That wasn't what i meant, but what i meant is actually irrelevant due to a couple of other setup based things i've realized i was mistaken on: 1.) Misreading '6 have confirmed' at the start of the post on the 9 bastard elements that could be in the game (role pms) as 'there are 6 bastard roles', which made me think my/one of my bastard role(s) was more likely picked than my non bastard role(s), 2.) Not realizing it could be any number of my submissions, from 0-4 in the game, rather than exactly 1 as i was assuming.

I mean, how are numbers more likely to come from town? what is scum supposed to do? make up roles, and hope they are in the gim thread? are you just trying to subtly imply that you're town and Reuben is scum? because that's pretty desperate.

1.) Do you know what 'slightly' means in 'slightly more'? Stop trying to misrepresent what i'm saying so you can paint a misleading narrative.
2.) Look at the page number. Look at how little has gone on in this game. Do you think i'm sure on things? I haven't moved away from my rvs vote yet, so you're pretty obviously talking rubbish.

Also really don't like the language you're using here - 'Godawful' is plain wrong. 'Dummy' is adversarial, potentially dangerous, and completely unconstructive. If you're town you have no reason to casually insult people for nothing.

3.)Hence if you checks pm to see what you sent, you find numbers right next to names, so why not include them to make thing easy. If you make roles up, you're looking in the thread, but you wouldn't necessarily see the numbers.
