Well after I sort some people out, my vote will come off of shos. I believe his double vote because it was confirmed, and this is a normal setup so no way is he scum. Plus it makes a lot of sense with my role to have a double voter in the setup. Someone who can handle a hammer can be very useful to do some repairs on my church after all.

I'm not voting him for not answering my question. I know shos's play very well as town and as scum. As town he is way more reckless and just does what he sees fit, as scum he makes sure everyone sees him as town. I am pretty damn sure town shos would have hammered BBT back then.

His reads are very opportunistic, townreading dh and gl, who are not up for lynch anyway. Of the viable lynch targets, he only opposes black, who should be fairly easy to lynch later on if he is town. He positions himself so he is able to hop on other wagons such as rach, BBT and davsto. That's the kind of play I expect from scumshos.

I think BBT voting Tier is a WIFOM desperation play as a response to an unexpected guilty-result from cop!Blackstar on his partner. If Davsto had been the cop, if Blackstar hadn't gotten a guilty, then the BBT-Tier team would have been in great shape today - powerlynch BBT, Tier goes into 3p LYLO with a fair amount of towncred from D1-shortD2.
