Let's try to shake things up.

Trying to show how town you are?
In games that I've played off site, I sometimes post unofficial vote counts or mention when someone is close to being lynched. This is mainly for my benefit so I can see an updated post count and so someone doesn't get hammered accidentally (and I've seen that happen before).

Infinity 324 - Slight town
The_Jester - Scum
GreyICE - Slight town
Aeronaut - Slight scum
Flames682 - null
ThinkBig - Town (doh)
Verdith - Slight scum
rb - Null
Those are my current reads. I'd be willing to vote for any of the ones that I have a scum read on, or a null read on to pressure them. I don't like the inactivity coming from some people
So discussion time! The nature of this setup is a prisoner's dilemma. If it were a 4:2 then the town's chances of winning would be sub 30%. Even a 3:1 is pretty bad for town. So if Scumteam A decides to shoot at townies and Scumteam B shoots Scumteam A, then B is handed a free win.
This is so you understand the nature of the game. Your best shot at winning is to eliminate the other Scumteam as rapidly as possible, and then reap the benefits of an unbalanced setup. The best best case is to do it through dayay so they don't even have a shot at you and you look super town. The worst case is you shoot townies and then die like chumps, having handed the other team the win. This is a game where scum should be shooting Flames (if he's not your buddy) over ThinkBig.
Why am I telling you this? Because if you play the game like standard scum, the town loses with you. It's only the other scum who benefit.
Why would you give the scum team pointers as to how to win the game?

Sorry to disappoint you Vedith. I too wanted to roll scum this time but the rng gods were unkind to me.

I'm catching up now.
If we were to not lynch and wait for DP2. We can hope that the two scum teams shoot at each other, leaving only one scum from each team. The caveat to this is if both scum teams shoot at townies. This leaves us with 4 scum vs 2 town, which will make it very difficult for town to win.

Thank you for the encouragemen! The game can be a bit intimidating at first, but I feel that I'm starting to get the hang (pun intended) of it.

Post 408 - There it is. As much as bullying is scummy, acquiescing to threats instead of sticking to your guns is worse. Added on top of a NL vote like that? Yeah, I'm getting a scum vibe from ThinkBig now.
I want to address these points here. First, I had forgotten that this was an open game and that townies were 1-shot bulletproof (possibly from me in too many games. Three here, one off-site).
I also wanted to justify my VTNL. While I do not like the fact that Gamma came in and hammered without warning, and thus ending the DP prematurely, I believe that in light of the point above, that we have made the right decision - especially granted that one scum died last night.
There are now 4 townies vs. 3 total scum. Town has good odds in this.
I do believe the last remaining scums are Jester, Gamma, and probably either Vedith or Aeronaut.
Part of this here is why I have an FOS on you. You seem to be trolling the game and not taking it seriously. It's very difficult to work with a player such as yourself.

As per the rules, No Lynch is 4 to hammer with 8 alive, and as such, this day ends.
I was fifth. To accuse me of hammering is incredibly scummy.
UNVOTE: Gamma
I do apologize, but I didn't realise it takes a simple majority for a no lynch and also didn't realise that I was the hammer. With that, I rescend my vote.

Thanks @mod for ending the NP early.
We have one team down, 6 town and 2 scum. We really need to lynch correctly this DP. I'll provide a better analysis when I get home, but for now, I am strongly leaning towards a GL/Jester team.

If anyone has any questions about my hammer, I was pretty confident that Vedith was scum after re-analyzing DP 1 and after infinity's flip. Pine's post had me convinced. Looks like he was correct.

I'm fairly confident Jester is scum. One thing we should do is go back and see who is defending who as scum is most likely going to defend their buddy in a game like this (much like infinity and vedith).
