I don't think he faked it. I do think he believed his role too quickly, and McMeno has a habit of getting over excited from his role and results imo.

Based on what TEW said, then I think it's highly likely he started out purely influenced by Town. If that's still true we can assume him to be Town aligned at this point. I'm starting to think the reason you don't have a vote is because if a 2-man scum team with 2 votes gained influence over the double-voter TEW, it would be pretty strong, so your lack of a vote may be a balance issue.

Since it takes 4 to lynch, a 2-man scum team with influence over TEW would already be in the process of quicklynching to the win, so I think we can safely assume that at this point TEW is still purely influenced by Town.
