The Birds of Paradise are mostly found in Papua New Guinea but also in Indonesia and East Australia, and are characterized by their striking colors. Most of their males show off elaborate dances, poses, ornaments and other rituals to attract female birds.

General Rules

1. All site-wide rules apply. In particular:
   1. No discussion of ongoing games is allowed
      
      
   2. You may not discuss this game outside this thread or any PTs about this game you have access to.
2. All standard rules of Mafia apply. This means:
   1. Do not quote your Role PM or any other PMs from the Mod, real or fabricated.
      
   2. Play to your win condition.
      
   3. Do not edit or delete your post, even if you have the ability to do so.
      
   4. Do not use encrypted text, small text, bright-coloured text, or otherwise make it hard to see what you are writing.
      
   5. Do not use provable randomness. This means no dice tags.

4. Once your death scene is posted, you may not post, except for a single contentless ‘bah' post.
   
5. Due to the nature of Mafia, conflicts are expected, but if I deem an argument too heated up I will intervene.
   
6. No set of rules can be complete. If you think something is wrong, please don't do it. Breaking the spirit of rules is also disallowed. Do not encourage others to break the rules either. If in doubt, please ask me.
   
7. Breaching of rules will usually result in a warning initially, but depending on severity, may result in a force-replacement or modkill.
   
8. During the course of the game I may add extra rules if necessary. These rule changes will be announced publicly.

Game-specific Rules

1. Day start, Days will last 14 days, Nights will last 48 hours.
   
2. Prods will be issued if you do not post for 48 hours.
   
3. If you get three or more prods, or fail to respond to a prod by posting in thread within 24 hours (or by PM if at Night), I will begin seeking for a replacement.
   
4. You will still be prodded while on V/LA, but these will not count towards the above three prod limit. An official prod will be sent 24 hours after your V/LA ends if you haven't posted then.
   
5. If a replacement happens at Night, deadline will be paused until a replacement is found.
   
6. To vote, either use vote tags (VOTE: BulletNLynchproof), or bold tags (
   Vote: BulletNLynchproof
   ). Abbreviations or misspellings will be accepted as long as it is clear who you are voting for.
   
7. Unvote with UNVOTE: BulletNLynchproof or
   Unvote: BulletNLynchproof
   (the player name is optional in this case)
   
8. A strict majority (more than half) of players is required to achieve a lynch.
   
9. Votes to No Lynch are allowed, indicated with VOTE: No Lynch or
   Vote: No Lynch
   
   
10. A simple majority (half, as opposed to more than half) of players is required to achieve a no lynch.
    
11. Players should submit Night actions (if any) via PM. The Mafia can also submit actions in the Mafia PT. If you forget to submit your action, you no-action by default.

I find it strange that ssbm voted drealmerz instead of joining in on an existing vote, but other than that I can't discern much from him. I'd say ssbm is scummier than me as it stands, but I'd like to hear more from him first.

I think that analyzing posts during the RVS phase is just a long winded time sink, but since you seem to have to some extent and disagree with me keeping thoughts about some posts, I thought I'd entertain you.
I don't understand the basis of your Transcend vote.
Where I get confused is where your first handful of posts consisted of a video and a doge meme, and your voting someone for making an ego post. How does Transcend's post take it over the top in a sense that translates into scumminess? (to the point of trying to get others to vote him). Yeah, it doesn't contain an RVS vote, but neither does yours.

@mykonian: My explanation of my RVS vote was prompted by the above part of 15. I explained it a little bit further, because, for full clarification, it wasn't a "Hey, I'm looking forward to playing with you." to a random player on the list. It was more of a "You got me the last game I played with you, prove me wrong this game " vote.
I wasn't sure where you were going for with 15 so I went for a longwinded response.
