he didn't actually give an opinion of the replace out but he evaluated his predecessor to be towny which was presumably the part that you didn't think would accomplish anything (but he did do it, and you scumread him for it, so it did accomplish something)

There is literally no way you can get an unbiased answer from someone on their slot's predecessor. Do you expect them to scum read themselves as either alignment?
