Obviously he had been at L-1 for a while but I wasn't actually aware of that and was under the impression in the interest of safe L-1ing that he had not been brought to L-1 until someone called it out.

I mean I haven't but I've again been waiting for him to show up. Though I don't think it should be difficult for you to do the cursory meta analysis to know that I'm slow to give cases until I'm in 100% want someone dead mode, so.

Like in general I am not a proponent of the point-proof-comment style of mafia, I think that it's systematically ineffective.

I will make cases when I'm ready to see someone dead but it's not really a large part of the way that I see the game.

3. "Do you think that [schadd]'s lying?" lol don't give me that. I'm annoyed at how you do things and I would prefer you do them differently so I can understand you. Not everything that's bullshit is scummy. Some of it is, and some of it is just annoying:
- You come into the thread, oh looks like Paradox is scum because ~reasons~ - annoying
- The fact that I think NSG should know better than to go after Paradox for being generally scummy - scummy
- Asking for sheep votes when one more would be L-1 and the Dunker vote was like 1 or 2 pages prior - scummy
- Not really caring about a quicklynch - annoying
- Pairing Paradox with someone (Elmo) that I already think is town - little bit of both
- Adding Dunker to the scumlist afterward - scummy and reads as scum interaction, but fuck pre-flips tbh

5. It's possible I'm overestimating the amount that you imminently want him dead. That's fair, and in that case, I'll wait for him to get in here before further hating/1v1 walling. The fact that he seems the most popular target is making me uneasy and I might have unfairly attributed that to you, if you genuinely didn't know about L-1.

So, I find meta more useful to nullify reads than to generate reads. I admit my initial townread was gut-meta, but since then there are a few things he's done that I don't see him deciding to do as scum. You're essentially right though. Had I not played with him before, I'd be all over his ass for being kind of a weirdo. Since I know he is in general kind of a weirdo, I can null the playstyle parts of my read and townlean a couple other things.

If you'd like, I can write up a towncase on him later, but it definitely seems like there's more utility in waiting til he gets back.
