I'm presently inclined to think it'd be LotW + the other player whose activity was hidden as the scum.

scum sees 1 player with their activity hidden, decides to hide their activity on 1 account and then push the idea that the 2 are scum on their non-activity hidden account

Even if they weren't certain that the slot was a mason and weren't like "we're killing the claimed mason because they're mason", but more like "hmm, it's possible they're mason, it's not a bad shot on even a 40% chance it was true, and maybe we can frame Usurper somehow for wanting that slot dead"

There obviously was alot of suspicion around onthemark/rodin and I'm glad to see that resolved, it also resolves further suspicion for that specific reasoning from rodin (has a chance of being scum, but my bet is town at the moment). I stand by my words, it was a good lynch.
