The reasoning wasn't bad just because the result ended up being wrong.

The logic here is right. The result being wrong does not make the reasoning bad. The reasoning was bad of its own accord, because it relied on several extremely dubious assumptions (which would be dubious even if they turned out to be right).

Also I don't see the Usurper fight as particularly TvT (especially since I trust ssg to not get into a fight like that without a good reason) and I also don't see Usurper's instant talking plan as unlikely to come from scum. (Because remember, scum have to plan out how they are going to interact with themself and so the idea of having a back-and-forth must have crossed their mind.)

I think that this kind of forced affect is also highly scum indicative because scum need to artificially differentiate their posting– why does town feel the need to obscure their identity?

I definitely agree that it would make no sense for town to do this but I think scum would try to be a bit less obvious about it.

At first when I looked at Lake's point it really didn't seem that's strong and I even considered it being a scum move to create some early sus. 15 also sounded a little overconfident and even a bit defensive. I changed my mind on my reread. The first bit of 13 sounded bad and even a bit desperate and the idea of Lake's point was sounding a bit less of a coincidence.

I'm a little sus of Usurper. The point of the two similar names possibly being scum wasn't necessarily bad but without anything to say except them being similar was. Also the fight with ssg seemed like it has a good chance of being TvS.

Lake is also on my scum radar now too after leading that mislynch.

There obviously was alot of suspicion around onthemark/rodin and I'm glad to see that resolved, it also resolves further suspicion for that specific reasoning from rodin (has a chance of being scum, but my bet is town at the moment). I stand by my words, it was a good lynch.

the fact that the lynch went so fast, without much discussion at all, is the BIG CLUE to show that it's very likely some on the wagon were against discussion (including the town hammerer), about anything else, about the activity setting, and even more, there wasn't A LOT OF SUSPICION, there was a lot of "derrrr, okaayyyy, let's run up the wagon"... "haha I hammered!"

I don't trust ssg to do things without a good reason. I don't think Usurper would fight against ssg the way they did as scum? This is mainly gut though.

I think the plan likely came from town because it gave the opportunity for a scummy town slot to look less scummy and if Usurper were scum they would know this and not want that to happen.
