General Rules
  1. All site-wide rules apply. In particular,
    no discussion of ongoing games is allowed
    , and you may not discuss this game outside this thread or any PTs about this game you have access to.
  2. All standard rules of Mafia apply. This means
    1. Do not quote your Role PM or any other PMs from the Mod, real or fabricated.
    2. Play to your win condition.
    3. Do not edit or delete your post, even if you have the ability to do so.
    4. Do not use encrypted text, small text, bright-coloured text, or otherwise make it hard to see what you are writing.
    5. Do not use provable randomness. This means no dice tags.
  3. The mod color is
    blue (#0000FF)
    . Do not use it.
  4. Once your death scene is posted, you may not post.
  5. Due to the nature of Mafia, conflicts are expected, but if I deem an argument too heated up I will intervene.
  6. No set of rules can be complete. If you think something is wrong, please don't do it. Breaking the spirit of rules is also disallowed. Do not encourage others to break the rules either.
  7. Breaching of rules will usually result in a warning initially, but depending on severity, may result in a force-replacement or modkill.
  8. During the course of the game I may add extra rules if necessary. These rule changes will be announced publicly.

Game-specific Rules
  1. Day start
  2. The first Day will last 14 days. Each subsequent Day will last 2 days plus 1 day for each player alive.
  3. Each Night will last 2 days (48 hours)
  4. There is no factional nightkill (hence “nightless”), but there will be a Night phase for Mafia discussion and night action submission.
  5. Prods will be issued if you do not post for 48 hours.
  6. If you get three or more prods, or fail to respond to a prod by posting in thread within 24 hours, I will begin seeking for a replacement. This is unaffected by V/LAs.
  7. If a replacement happens at Night, deadline is paused until a replacement is found.
  8. To vote, either use vote tags (VOTE: BulletNLynchproof), or bold tags (
    Vote: BulletNLynchproof
    ). Abbreviations or misspellings will be accepted as long as it is clear who you are voting for.
  9. Unvote with UNVOTE: BulletNLynchproof or
    Unvote: BulletNLynchproof
    (the player name is optional in this case)
  10. Votes to No Lynch are not allowed.

Setup-specific Rules
  1. During pregame and on every Night, the Mafia will choose any player (including themselves) to turn into a Gladiator.
  2. On Day 1, the Gladiator must challenge during the first 7 days.
  3. On each Night after Day 1, every Town player must challenge a player in the case the Mafia choose them to be the Gladiator. Mafia will have to challenge a player if they select themselves to be a Gladiator.
  4. The Gladiator the player they challenged make up the Arena.
  5. On every Day, the players in the Arena are the only players who may be voted for during the Day. They cannot vote. Nobody can be voted for before the Gladiator has challenged a player on Day 1.
  6. A strict majority (more than half) of voting players is required to achieve a lynch. For example, if 7 players are alive, 5 players will be voting, so 3 votes are needed to achieve a lynch.
  7. Votes to no lynch are not allowed.
  8. If a lynch is not achieved before the deadline, plurality will take place, and the player with more votes will be lynched. If both players in the Arena have an equal number of votes, the one who most recently had more votes will be lynched. If none were voted at all in the entirety of that Day, neither will be lynched, but the Mafia will get a factional nightkill the next Night.
  9. If the Gladiator fails to challenge a player before the stipulated deadline on Day 1, or the appointed Gladiator did not challenge a player on a subsequent Night, they will be lynched automatically and game will immediately proceed to the next Night phase.
  10. It is acceptable to submit your gladiator challenge in advance on the previous Day via PM if you anticipate to be unavailable during the Night phase.

I can't remember the last N_M post that wasn't bland, unimaginative and lame. Some shitposters are at least somewhat funny. You are the epitomy of the type of poster that nobody would miss if you were to suddenly disappear. You never add anything of value.
I'm guessing you haven't read the game and probably never will? Why even sign up to play?

Flubber, I spent a decent amount of time thinking about what the first gladiator pick might reveal about the scumteam... but this is the one pick that reveals nothing.

Your thoughts on what the gladiator picks meant would interest me.

I really only thought about what it would mean for me to be picked as a gladiator (pardon the vanity), which I think would have pointed to not mafia, zzzx, or another player that may have seen an easy mislynch land on me before.

NM has a very...distinct playstyle. He doesn't get picked at random.
