(My modding philosophy is as follows. Modkills are only to be used if a player/slots alignment is confirmed via a method not acceptable by the rules. I cannot guarantee that any actions will or will not be taken (I haven't actually read the last few pages yet, but I do not modkill lightly.)

Post 445 is in violation of rule #6. Normally, this would result in a warning, but it is my belief that the post in question provides an unfair advantage to the team of the player in question by giving evidence of their alignment. No other players have broken any rules, as far as I am aware.

Due to extenuating circumstances (Both the fact that the rulebreaking in question is by all appearances unintentional and the fact that my ruleset references QTs despite the fact that no one has used those in years) I will be slightly lessening the mod action taken, and Michael Scott will be retaining their alignment.

If you have an issue with this decision, feel free to take it up with me via PM or in the post game, but I believe this to be the most fair resolution for all players. Please do not discuss whether or not this is the correct decision publicly for the remainder of the game. Remember, we're all human, we all make mistakes, and this is just a game. I hope we can all be respectful about this unfortunate event.

As per rule 23, the modkill will punish the faction of the modkilled player in terms of timing, so Day Two will resume now. 3 hours will be added to the deadline to account for this downtime.
