I think it's a slight problem. I think it's slightly scumsided. I'm not sure what the replacement should be, or maybe whether it's both the most scumsided route but too close to the runner up that it should actually be adjusted or replaced.


Im also wondering if there is a way to rewrite the setup so that it is mechanically identical but easier to follow which power will trigger from which lynch, perhaps by making it an accumulation of triggers from the deaths instead of those who are living.

I'm fine with mods playing tough on deadlines. Sometimes the mod does have to be the bad game. That is not where I would allocate much or any blame.

Shos played really well in the second day phase. I think Cheeky probably played just fine in a way that I didn't manage to jive with. Flub outright did not do viable wagoning on day 1 as town in a setup that's backbreaking for a deadline no lynch, so I found that frustrating, a lot more frustrating than his reads or playstyle or anything was(n't).

Fireshoes I appreciate you trying out the setup, it gives me some insight into mafia design to have some variety in perspectives, your perspective was different from more mechanically inclined players like Asriel or shos. I hope you can think of you didn't suffer too much.

I'm sorry that was so souring Pyrrha.
It's a flaw in the setup design, majority lynch + evens + the skipped NK being specifically night 2 which makes D1 mislynch better than no lynch in all cases was a perfect storm of bad design.
I bear some mistake in how I made the setup, I shouldn't have overlooked it. It should be changed to address one of those three things IF NOT two of them

Yeah, town should never be put in that kind of position where you are forced to choose between two tr due to time constraints. @Dunn, I think you absolutely should have agreed to my extension request. If a maj lynch is required, than you need a lot more time, especially on D1 but my being seriously overgamed was the main reason but Dunn is also saying that the Healer card fucked us anyway, so the setup design was clearly extremely conducive to a scum win.

Not taking anything away from Drew and especially Shos who clearly fooled me but Pops was correct on scum!Shos based on N1 NKA. I actually haven’t had time to follow this game. I saw Dunn’s link in the micro queue, so I posted.

The irony about the NK is that Shos wanted to kill Flubb, but I convinced Shos that mechanically killing Asriel was better.

Our initial belief was that keeping the healer in play was ideal.

I’ll live but seriously the main reason I repped out was because I was way overgamed. It was actually affecting my health atp.

Oh know, why would you think that? That couldn’t be further from the truth. Had you been the NK like you expected, I would probably have replaced out even sooner because I really wanted to play with you. I’d even be up for a possible hydra in the future if you were interested.

I don't like hydra-ing a whole lot, I might would make an exception for you because it's kind of a specialty for you and I've never seen you use it as "it's like playing but I can afk half the time without getting replaced"
