If your goal is to win the game as town, then not having reads would be a worse move than having bad reads.

But him continuing to give no thoughts in his last couple of posts after knowing I've caught onto that is interesting - not sure yet if he's just taking a different approach this game or is doubling down as scum.
I searched his posts the other day to see if he had used the "do you have ~evidence~" phrasing (which is what pinged me) as town and I did find one game with loosely similar examples/mentality: viewtopic.php?p=11379201#p11379201 viewtopic.php?p=11381821#p11381821
so, I'm not convinced that my first point against him was good. and I had kinda gotten faint townvibes from him doubling down on refusing to comment when he doesn't have thoughts.
That said I also agree with you that his play is different in that game that you linked, but I'm not sure that I see it as particularly scum-serving in a way that makes me think it's indicative.
