In the aftermath of Datisi's death, a heated debate breaks out between the party. Hooves are pointed, tuxedos are shrugged, and wings are flapped. Klick has an idea. They declare their allegiance to the mafia and threaten to activate their switch. They will slay the legendary dragon if anyone does anything stupid.
Kanna rises from her bench – which she has brought with her apparently.

The light...the light will put an end to this.

While Klick has their back to her, Kanna

ACTIVATES

her switch. There's a loud sizzling sound as Klick's bright orange hair instantly

liquefies

into lava. They collapse in a heap on the floor as the putrid smell of burning flesh wafts through the room.

Feeling left out, Tuxedo Mask and votato also activate their switches. The bat zooms around the room, panicking, but... nothing happens. The switches seem to have been deactivated!

Well then, I suppose you've won. You've weeded out the spies in your group and done so in brutally efficient fashion. Take your payment and leave Comet.

He starts walking away and you hear him muttering.

6 survivors... how disappointing, the bloodshed was over before it barely begun.

sorry for that, this game and its mechanic turned out to be much less fun than i initially thought they would be... i should've repped out as soon as i realized that, but eh. gg town, and huge thanks for modding hectic! the flavour was amazing.

my thoughts on the setup would be:
- start day 1 with 9 players and have a lynch (since the hush hush must reveal no info to scum is kinda boring, at least to me)
- have day 2+ have 48 hours deadlines, but a switch activation resets it

also no redactions in scum pt etc

I think optimal scum play is to pair people off

i also thought this. would we be forced to lynch in some situations? the arrangement was still good though; it was more a shame the triangle was so townie. 1-1 is also pretty good if you could persuade us to choose a bad order. this setup reminds me of partition a bit in that there's so many ways to play, which is great

the scum pt has got to be a fun read if datisi was in it so i'm looking forward to it!

Thank you so much, everyone! I'm very happy you all enjoyed the flavour so much, I had a lot of fun making it. This playerlist was incredible and I would love to see any of you join future games of mine. If anyone's interested.

This town was extremely disciplined and it made scum's job so much more difficult. When I initially designed the setup, I assumed there would be at least one lolactivation by town at some point during Day 2, but there really weren't any Not Mafias in this game. Then again, I think scum was one town disaster away from winning. votato, I'm interested to hear if you ever came close to activating Tuxedo's switch on the basis that Tuxedo was gunning for Morning to off you. If votato snap killed Tux, and Morning reacted by killing votato, scum would've been able to quickhammer.
