I'm going to be a bit loose with reads because seeing "3 days" on the countdown with only five pages makes me nervous, even if it's really basically four days.

CM1's entrance feels natural enough for someone who doesn't play a lot of mafia for me to call him town for now.

ClarkBar I legitimately think is scummy, although the explanation of being intimidated by being in a non-newbie game I can believe. We've got some serious old fogeys in this playerlist.

The timing of the vote in 87 is pretty bad. I also don't really care much for the confidence-slash-hubris on the scumreads, faux or genuine. Congratulations, you've solved the game in a mere two days – you're still going to need to get four people to agree with you to get anything done. Whether or not you engage with obvscum, you're gonna have to engage with the rest of the game.

Hiraki's 89 is alright. The analysis of Umlaut's one post is probably the most poignant part. Also, I never thought I'd see the day where I'm the one recommending against being snarky and antisocial, but it feels like people are being pretty short with the newbies in the playerlist.

So maybe it's that I'm a noob to this style of playing but i don't understand what gives someone a town read/scum read so early on in the game

I suppose in a way I kinda get town vibes from Umlaut because they're trying to put out reads and stuff (even if I don't understand where the reads are coming from)

Oh sorry, to answer it was when he was trying to compare someones game to how they played previously when said player was a town, idk that sounds like them trying to get a read on them?
