And yes, I am aware that this game is heavily biased to a Jester sweep. That is intentional. Town and scum have roughly equally terrible chances at winning the game and the design is to be a game that is as full of Jesters as possible while still being playable, you know, for the memes.

Tactically, I think town had a couple big misplays. Not going for a scum fade before the Lila one was probably the wrong choice, because once Lila had claimed they functionally had to townside.

Additionally, scum had a guaranteed out on the final day if they'd seen it and demonstrating awareness of it would have resulted in me calling the game in their favor.

If scum had realized that the Swedes was confirmed Jester and had mutually outed their team, they could have made town voting Swedes playing against wincon and Swedes voting anyone but themselves playing against wincon. This would have resulted in a gamestate without forward momentum where the clause of mafia controlling the elimination would have come into play, and they could have eliminated Sissy for the win.

We'll never know if they saw the out for sure though, since Swedes got eliminated before they could join the thread.

I disagree that eliming me was a misplay. Both town and jesters should have realized that scum never votes me here and townlocked Rofa, Handler and jesterlocked Raymond for being on it. My wagon was very protown because it made no sense for scum to ever vote out a hardclaimed jester here.

So Grace was outed scum from this.

I would have voted you as scum for precisely that reason, Lila. But no, what should have happened is that after you claimed Sissy should have led the campaign to vote out whichever jester claim they thought was the least likely to be a jester. And I think we all knew you were never scum there.

Sissy chose to play the honorable way to get the other Jesters to continue helping, but at that point you had no choice but to help and hope you hit scum before you hit two more Jesters.

It was a valid choice, but from my perspective I think keeping you around to make sure they didn't lose to a jester sweep was probably the more tactically sound choice.


Also, if anyone else wants to run this setup, in hindsight the plurality deadline deadlock breaker was probably more elegant.

I maybe shouldn’t have disputed the vt read and I would have won had the Grace elim happened before I claimed and I walked back on it but I still disagree. My wagon and even elim revealed most of the town/jester post my flip. What I don’t understand was what possessed Grace to vote out Raymond? Cha Cha was too convincing as jester and if less so, Grace could maybe have gotten cred for soft bussing her.
